Concept Traders provides logistics and transportation services including:

  • Two Man Delivery

  • Urgent Collection & Delivery

  • Same Day & Next Day Delivery

  • Storage Facilities

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Accurate collection and delivery details must be provided at the time of booking.

  • Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if goods are unsafe, illegal, or improperly packaged.

  • Prices are quoted based on the information provided at booking.

  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, access issues, heavy items, stairs, congestion charges, or changes to booking details.

  • Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

  • Cancellations must be made within the agreed notice period.

  • Late cancellations may incur cancellation fees.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing and circumstances of cancellation.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring goods are properly packed and ready for transport

  • Providing clear access at pickup and delivery locations

  • Informing us of fragile, valuable, or hazardous items

  • Being present (or arranging a representative) at agreed times

We do not transport or store:

  • Illegal goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable or explosive items

  • Perishable goods (unless agreed)

  • Items requiring special licensing

If prohibited items are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse service immediately.

  • While we take reasonable care during handling and transportation, Concept Traders is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

  • Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.

  • Storage fees must be paid as agreed.

  • Goods stored at our facility remain at the customer’s risk unless insurance is arranged.

  • We reserve the right to dispose of goods if storage fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice.

Basic transit protection may be included where stated. Customers are encouraged to arrange additional insurance coverage for high-value items.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links on our website.
